I suspect that those f**king cheaters have changed their IP through some means.
I just went to England recently, I'm temporarily using mobile network to access Internet, and unfortunately I got assigned to a dirty IP.
Winners don't cheat. I'm a steam player, and I don't want my profile having ANY VAC/game bans.

1: How can an admin ask me for any photos even before I can EVER connect to your server without being kicked? I haven't even played in your server before!

I just calmed down from my extreme frustration.
I really hate cheaters, they are same as criminals to me. (In fact, cheaters can be sentenced to jail in Japan)
I remember that, when I was an admin of a CS1.6 server before, I had to ban people with IP ban for non-steam players to delay them.
But, cheaters always know how to change their IP by changing MAC address of their routers, so cheaters always come back.
